About me!

Experience

Over 2 years working with children and families, my journey started in 2024 where I studied my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care as a trainee and completed my course in 2025. During this time, I worked with children across all age groups from 0-6 years at a childcare centre that catered to over 150 children. I assisted with daily routines, nappy changes, meal times, milk bottles and feeding, nap times, group time, behaviour management guidance, problem solving and communication skills for managing conflict, and maintained a clean and safe environment. 

Since 2026, I've been running my own small babysitting business where I've been helping families with babysitting and transport services throughout the Sutherland Shire and surrounding suburbs. Through this, I have built strong, trusting relationships with families and provided consistent, ongoing weekly care, supporting their daily routines, assisting with mealtimes, nap times, homework, providing engaging activities, and fun outings/park visits. I ensure regular communication with parents and families during each booking, providing updates on children’s routines, activities, wellbeing and development.

Currently near completion of diploma, I have developed strong leadership experience as a Room Leader, confidently leading group times and providing clear instructions in a fun and engaging way. Skilled in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, supporting children’s learning and development, guiding positive behaviour, and creating a safe, positive and inclusive environment. I have developed strong communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, as well as experience working collaboratively with educators and families. Regularly communicating with parents and families, providing updates on children’s routines, activities, wellbeing and development.

Over 2 years of experience working with children aged 6 months - 12 years as a Creche Assistant, providing attentive supervision and age-appropriate activities while maintaining a clean, organised and child-friendly environment. Experienced in supporting children’s daily routines, learning and development, building positive relationships with children and families, and communicating effectively with parents and caregivers.

In 2026, I also gained 3 months of experience as a Private Nanny for a family with two children aged 2 and 4. I supported school pick-ups and drop-offs, daily routines, homework, meal preparation, and planned engaging educational and recreational activities. I maintained open and positive communication with the family, providing updates about the children’s routines, activities and wellbeing, while also assisting with household organisation. Regularly communicating with parents and families, providing updates on children’s routines, activities, wellbeing and development.
